In association with G$ Ranch and Grasslands Wagyu, we are proud to present TYDDEWI N3709. This direct son of Mayura Itoshigenami Jr possessing everything we have come to expect from his sire. Additionally, N3709 traces to Westholme Hiramichi Tsuru as his second sire who has been a mainstay of the Westholme/AACO Wagyu programs.

Continuing through this pedigree, we find another Australian standout TWA Shikikan as the third sire. As the third dam, we find Westholme Terumiya, a direct daughter of ETJ 003 Kitateruyasudoi J2810 by a Hatsuhi direct daughter: Westholme Morihatsuhi 98/1.
Picture
TYDDEWI N3709 ties to the Hatsuhi maternal line multiple times through both Westholme 98/1 and Westholme Hiramichi Tsuru while also adding as the first sire Mayura Itoshigenami Jr, arguably the best Wagyu bull in the world outside of Japan. We are expecting N3709 to surpass our expectations as he continues to mature and we continue to put progeny on the ground. His balanced pedigree of superior marbling, growth, and maternal makes N3709 a true game changing Black Wagyu bull.
Picture
We expect N3709 to exceed his EBV values on both sides of the equation as we progress to put his calves on the ground, in the lot, and on the hook. Keep an eye on this bull.

High Kedaka Genetics

Picture
We are very excited to bring you this genetic pairing. Y2 Kedakanami 031 is sired by the famed Shigefuku who is the only line bred Kedaka bull of the original Japanese imports. Shigefuku was a 75% Kedaka / 25% Tottori bull that was raised in Tottori prefecture and never left Japan, only his semen left for Australia and eventually the US. Shigefuku has been used widely in Australia and most notably by Westholme. Shigefuku represents the ONLY 100% Kedaka/Tottori bull with genetics available in the US or AU. According to Australian Wagyu Association, there has been a shift over the last decade and a half in Japan back to larger framed and balanced growth sires of Kedaka lineage. Additionally, 7 of the top 10 Japanese terminal Wagyu sires over the last decade are all of Kedaka heritage. This trend is another reason why the Kedaka cow is valued above all others in Japan.

Y2 Kedakanami 031 is also steeped in marbling genetics through his dam: JC Itoshigenami 010 sire by TF Itoshigenami 148. TF 148 is one of the most widely used sires in Australia and is considered to be a top 3 bull for fullblood and terminal Wagyu production. He is known for passing fine snow flake marbling to his progeny and is the highest percentage Kumanami strain of Tajima Wagyu outside of Japan. Additionally, JC 010 has growth genetics found through CHR Takazakura 101L. CHR 101L combines the growth and marbling attributed to Takazakura (one of the few grandsons of Yasufuku J930) with several famous Takeda lineages including TF Kikuhana, TF Itohana, TF Itomichi, Dai 3 Kiyohime (Kumanami strain), Kensei (Kedaka heritage), and the famous Japanese grand champions Ezokintou. Rounding out JC 010's parentage are Michifuku and Fujiko. The famous Michifuku is a 100% Tajima bull sired by Monjiro who has extensive carcass data and is widely used in the US to add growth while adding extreme marbling. Fujiko is sired by Haruki II who adds more Kedaka heritage through Kenshin by Kensei. Fujiko's dam was Okutani, one of the original import dams to come to the US from Japan who is also of Kumanami heritage through her sire Okushige by Shigeshigenami.

The combination of these two outstanding Wagyu will yield the desired result of increased growth and decreased days on feed, all while maintaining the superior marbling and increased carcass yield through the infusion of Kedaka genetics coupled with the fine snowflake marbling potential of the Kumanami strain in almost every branch of the family tree. Y2 Kedakanami 031 combines over 38% Kedaka & 12% Tottori for growth and maternal genetics with over 19% Kumanami strain genetics known for fine snow flake marbling.

Y2 Kedakanami D031 is a quadruple threat providing outcross genetics for
heavily line bred and tight genetic pools found in the Wagyu breed, proven maternal boosts adding milking ability to a breed known as poor milkers, proven low birth weights, and proven carcass performance in F1, F2, and Fullblood Wagyu.

Primeline Z044 is a great low birth weight / high marbling bull who currently has embryo flush brothers being used in terminal commercial F1 production. Z044 has been a great low birth weight bull for us affording us the luxury of never having to pull a calf in 2 years of F1 production. We are currently feeding out several of his progeny crossed with Charolais and Brangus dams and will have carcass data available soon.

If you are looking to upgrade carcass quality while obtaining birthing ease in your commercial herd this is the bull for you.

(F1 Progeny of Primeline Z044)

Z044 is a power house of potent Wagyu genetics. He is a son of the famous Itozurudoi TF 151 known for his balance and carcass ability. Itozurudoi TF151 is 50 percent Tajima, 25 percent Fujiyoshi, and 25 percent Kedaka. He has an extremely big frame, weighs 2,420 lbs., carries early maturing traits that produce great Fullblood mothers with excellent milk, and is the best marbling bull of the Fujiyoshi bloodlines. According to noted Wagyu expert, Shane Lindsay, Itozurudoi TF151 beat Michifuku in every statistical category of comparison in Fullblood Wagyu carcasses. By the time his progeny were tested and his value was discovered, Itozurudoi TF151 was deceased, leaving a very limited supply of semen.

Additionally, Z044 traces his lineage to the Kikuyasu 400 who is the #8 Ribeye Area, and #1 Back Fat bull on the 2015 Wagyu EPD Summary and JVP Fukutsuru 068 who is the #1 Marbling bull on the 2015 Wagyu EPD Summary. This is all over a background of Fujiyoshi lineage through TF Kikuhana (a son of the famous Itohana) and foundation maternal lines imported from Japan of Okutani through Fujiko.

Primeline Z044 is stacked with outstanding foundation Wagyu genetics that would yield results on the hook or in your freezer.
